As a fully private company we have developed a great loyalty within our team, with the average length of time staff have been part of Versacare now 10 years or more.

We have three fully qualified Registered Managers, and all other staff trained to a very high level in all of their specialities as well as all necessary levels of care to be able to support our Carers.

Our teamwork and loyalty enables us to operate full 24/7 on-call support.

Our Management teams are:

Managing Director with personal Care experience within family, 16 years successfully leading the company, and an IT management background

Vicky

Registered Manager – deep family experience in special needs, and overall lead in the South East

Emma (Level 5), Milly, and John

Assignment management and Care Staff rotas

Mia

Billing and payments (plus full team backup)

Ly and Jade

Area Supervisor – Area co-ordinator
– South and East

Registered Manager – Operations Manager assisting MD – Area Manager East and North
