Meet our Management, Training, Coordination, Recruitment, Accounts and Area teams

As a fully private company we have developed a great loyalty within our team, with the average length of time staff have been part of Versacare now 10 years or more.

We have three fully qualified Registered Managers, and all other staff trained to a very high level in all of their specialities as well as all necessary levels of care to be able to support our Carers.

Our teamwork and loyalty enables us to operate full 24/7 on-call support.

Andy Weight

Andy - Managing Director

Managing Director with personal Care experience within family, 16 years successfully leading the company, and an IT management background.

Vicky – Registered Manager

I joined VersaCare in 2009 and have simply loved being part of the team over the past 16 years. Having undertaken various roles within the company (such as trainer and field manager) I then became Registered manager in 2015. I have both personal and professional drivers that have led my career into the care sector and through this I strive to lead with compassion and integrity. Fostering a culture of respect and empowerment; ensuring that every individual receives the highest quality of person centred care. I am passionate about my job and feel very proud of the standards of care we provide our wonderful clients. This along with an amazing team of office and frontline staff, who strive to make VersaCare the very special care provider it is.

Dominika – Recruitment Manager

I joined VersaCare in 2015 having previously worked for 11 years in the care sector as a care worker, field supervisor, care coordinator and regional recruiter for a big corporation. I am responsible for end to end recruitment processes and resourcing in VersaCare.

Since I joined VersaCare, together with my team, we have built a very steady and strong recruitment process which help us create an effective and professional team of live in care workers.

Eva – Training and Recruitment Support

I joined VersaCare in 2019 and supported the training department. I have experience in administration and management both within the Care industry and the private sector. I am passionate about helping people and understanding their needs in order to offer them the best service they deserve. After being in the field for a few months to help gather more knowledge and awareness of what is really needed by our clients, I now fully support the Recruitment and training department

Emma – Office Manager

I have worked in care in for 19 years, 13 of which have been at VersaCare. I have a QCF level 5 diploma in Health and Social care. I am responsible for overseeing the allocation of care staff for clients as well as supporting our team with a range of care provision needs. I really enjoy my diverse role and my experience and progression in lots of different roles has given me the skills and knowledge to support all our clients and staff.

Ly – Area Manager

I have been in care industry from 2006. I have done home care assistant’s job, being scheduling coordinator and working as a live in carer before joined VersaCare in 2015. I am visiting existing clients and their family and carers to make sure service is running smoothly and all paperwork and clients profiles are up to date as well as assessing possible new clients in my area. I have NVQ level 3 in Health and Social care, I am Train the Trainer qualified, I have a Level 2 certificate in dementia care

Jade – Area Supervisor

I joined VersaCare in 2021, having previously worked in the domiciliary sector and coordinator roles. I have a level 3 diploma in health and social care, I am Train the Trainer qualified and I also attend training workshops to maintain my skills and knowledge. As area coordinator, I work in the field visiting clients, families and key professionals. Maintaining regular reviews and ensuring our services are running smoothly.

Kevin – Area Operations manager – Deputy Registered Manager

I joined VersaCare in 2014, already with 4 years’ experience as a team leader and supervisor, having worked in various care settings since 2008. I help to ensure that our services are delivered to a high standard. I work in the field, visiting clients, families, carers and key professionals. I also work closely with our partner agencies in our Support Living Service. I have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Heath & Social Care and have a Level 3 Award in Education and Training and am Train the Trainer qualified. I am very proud to be an ‘I Care Ambassador’ with Skills for Care and in October of 2021, I became the deputy Registered manager and Operations manager for the company.

Milly – Care Rota and Care Co-ordinator

I recently joined VersaCare in 2023 having previously worked in the care sector; providing both hands on care and conducting assessments and reviews. In my new role, I coordinate care staff for our Supported Living Services. I really enjoy liaising with our carers and the supported living staff in order to make match the right carer to the right house, and tailored to the service user’s needs. I also prepare and despatch all client invoices and maintain our carer rota in preparation for payroll. At VersaCare we work as a team in all departments to ensure as a company, we provide the very best care and service for our clients and their families.

Mia – Accounts Manager

I recently joined VersaCare in 2019 I began as a Junior Care Co-ordinator and have progressed to a role in working with senior management in managing the accounts payable, communicating with Local Authorities and private clients, and Carer payments, and preparing the Carer Payroll to be uploaded,

Sarah – Training Manager

My name is Sarah and I joined VersaCare in 2016 as the Training Manager. I have a BTEC National Diploma in Health and Social Care and a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (PTLLS). Before VersaCare I worked in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant. I am very passionate about delivering high quality, person-centered training by equipping carers with the skills and confidence to provide outstanding support to our clients. I strive to be compassionate and caring in my delivery of training to ensure that learning is accessible, engaging and relevant to all levels of experience.
