Areas We Cover

A National Agency That Works Locally
Being national means we can find the right carer for an unusual need rather than the nearest one who happens to be free. Working locally means somebody who knows your council, your hospital discharge team and your area is the person you actually speak to.
Each area page below sets out how care is arranged where you live, what the local authority does and does not fund, and how to request the assessment that opens the funding routes. The same carer stays with your relative wherever you are, which is the part that matters most.
Choose Your Area
Each page covers local funding, the councils we work with, and how care is arranged in that county.
| Essex | Live-in care across Essex, including Chelmsford, Colchester, Basildon and Southend, with Essex County Council funding detail. |
| Surrey | Live-in care across Surrey, close to our registered office in Coulsdon, with Surrey County Council funding detail. |
| London | Live-in care across Greater London, where the property and means-test distinction matters most because of local property values. |
| Cambridgeshire | Live-in care across Cambridgeshire, including Cambridge, Peterborough, Ely and Huntingdon. |
| Norfolk | Live-in care across Norfolk, including Norwich, King’s Lynn and Great Yarmouth, where rural distance makes visiting care least reliable. |
| Suffolk | Live-in care across Suffolk, including Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds and Lowestoft. |
If Your Area Is Not Listed
We arrange live-in care nationwide, and the pages above are simply the areas where we have written up the local detail so far. If your county is not here, it does not mean we cannot help. Ring us and we will tell you honestly whether we can place a carer with you, and what the local authority position is where you live.
