Live in care testimonials
Our family has nothing but praise for Versacare. We have had live-in carers for nearly a year, and all have been conscientious. The office staff are really helpful and selected carers to meet the complex needs of my parents, and patiently sent us a number of carers until we found the one that was the most suited to my parents. My Dad had Parkinson's and his needs were fully met until he passed away last year. The care he received, especially in his last days, was wonderful. There was no interruption of care when he died, and now my Mum has the blessing of being in her own home, despite Alzheimer's, thanks to Versacare!

We would like to inform you of the excellent working practice Oti delivered yesterday. Oti was able to recognise a young person was struggling with his mental health. She stayed in communication with the Home Manager whilst closely monitoring the situation.
Oti's quick thinking and due diligence saved the young person from seriously harming himself. For this, we are very grateful as the outcome could have been very different.
Oti is a very competent worker. She excels in all areas but most of all the genuine interest and compassion she shows the young people. Please pass on our sincere appreciation to Oti.

I just wanted to say how happy my mother is with Liz as her carer. I am very happy too! I feel most things are in place now and I can return to Sweden more relaxed. If there are any concerns please do call me anytime. I have been dealing with my mums medical matters so am happy to be called initially. Many thanks Kevin for sending us Liz !!

Young Adult Live In Care FAQs
Live-in care allows young adults to remain in the comfort of their own home, surrounded by familiar routines, friends, and community. It offers one-to-one support tailored to your lifestyle, with more flexibility and personal freedom than a traditional care home setting.
Absolutely. We actively involve family members and guardians throughout the care journey — from the initial assessment to ongoing reviews, and through the app detailing all care aspects and activities in real time — ensuring everyone is informed and comfortable with the support being provided.
We encourage open communication and make it easy to give feedback at any time. This can be done through your carer, an oncall staff member (24/7 in person), email to care managers, or via scheduled in person reviews and phone check-ins. We also have a clear complaints procedure in place, and all concerns are taken seriously, and responded to promptly, and escalated or raised with any appropriate higher authority, regulatory authority, or even police.
Live-in care for young people is a service where a trained carer lives in your home to provide continuous, personalised support. This includes help with personal care, daily tasks, mobility, and social activities, while promoting independence and confidence.
We provide live-in care for individuals aged 18 and over. Whether you’re in further education, starting your career, or managing a long-term condition, we tailor our support to fit your stage of life.
