Whether you are funding your own care privately or via Direct Payments and contributions, we understand that taking responsibility for your own package of Live-in care may seem daunting, we are happy to help you with your entitlements, and working with other agencies to help you get the support and funding that you need.

We understand the anxiety which accompanies having a carer on a 24 hour live-in basis for the first time and aim to support you through the minefield of rights, responsibilities and concerns. Our Live-in rates are simple, with no hidden extras, and extremely competitive among Live-in providers.

Our goal at Versacare Live-in care is to enable our clients to retain independence in their own homes, supported by competent, caring, and compatible care workers for as long as they and their families wish.

We offer a thorough care and risk assessment providing an honest understanding of the client’s needs and we encourage clients and/or their families to be actively involved in the selection of the Care Worker.

We accompany the Care Worker on the first day of service, and offer  practical support during the initial Live-in Care set-up. In our experience, this provides continuity of care and minimal disruption to the client’s daily life.

Communication is so important to us. During the Live-in Care assignment, we keep in regular contact with the care worker, client and family. We carry out regular reviews, monitor, supervise and will respond to any change in needs and additional requirements positively, quickly and effectively when necessary.

Our Live-in Care office is open Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm, but our staff are available 24 hours a day on the telephone for support, advice and guidance.

Between our office based staff team and directors – we have over 70 years’ experience in managing care services as well as managing, training and supervising staff. We also have experience of providing hands-on care through our own personal experiences and managing a successful businesses.
