Our Care Staff Prior to placement, our care workers are carefully selected and personally interviewed by VersaCare. Each care worker will have submitted at least two references and be in receipt of an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Check, satisfactory to our standards, and verified their identity and eligibility to work as a care giver in the United Kingdom. We maintain a register of qualified care workers in sufficient numbers and specialties to enable individual requirements are met, and work to consider your needs and those of our care workers, ensuring compatibility. VersaCare standards are high, as outlined in our Care Quality Commission Report. Care and support is always delivered respectfully and empathetically, ensuring dignity and privacy at all times. Our care workers have personal experience and a range of qualifications and skills, and benefit from ongoing in-house training. We ensure they are fully aware of their responsibilities and have access to all government and VersaCare policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
