Kevin – Operations Area Manager

I joined the Versacare 24 hour live-in care agency team in 2014, already with four years’ experience as a team leader and supervisor, having worked in various care settings since 2008. I help to ensure that our services are delivered to a high standard. I work in the field, visiting clients, families, carers and key professionals. I also work closely with our partner agencies in our Support Living Service. I have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Heath & Social Care and have a Level 3 Award in Education and Training and am Train the Trainer qualified. I am very proud to be an ‘I Care Ambassador’ with Skills for Care and in October of 2021, I became the deputy Registered manager for the company.
