Our Service To You VersaCare is a friendly Domiciliary Care agency specialising in 24-hour Live-In Care and support. By hiring us, you relieve yourself of the responsibility of employing staff, dealing with Tax and National Insurance, arranging cover in emergencies or after a breakdown of care. Understanding the anxiety which often accompanies the need for a 24-hour live-in care service for the first time, we work to reduce insecurities, alleviate your fears, and aim to answer any care-related questions you may have. We carry out a free, no obligation, care needs and risk assessment, which enable us to understand your requirements-personal, domestic, and social. This will help us determine the level of care required, get to know you, and will help us provide the most compatible care worker. We will then confirm the cost of our service. We encourage you and/or your family and friends to be actively involved in the selection of the care worker. Where possible, we accompany our care worker on the first day of your service (or on handover to a new care worker). We provide practical support and guidance during the initial set-up and throughout the life of our relationship with you. Our experience has proven this enables continuity of care with minimal disruption to daily routines. Our office staff are available 24 hours a day to offer support, often in person but always on the end of a phone. We remain in contact with you, your care worker, and your family and close friends, offering support and guidance whilst recognising vulnerability during times of change. We respond to change in your, or our care worker's need; we quickly identify, and recognise any additional requirements which you may have, and respond effectively providing appropriate remedial action. We have backup support which can be deployed speedily should the need arise. Communication is important to us. The VersaCare team care about our clients, and recognise the need to communicate with you, carry out regular checks, monitor and review placements and at times personally visit you.
