Our Care Staff

Prior to our Live-in Care Workers being introduced to you, they will have been carefully selected and, personally interviewed face to face.

We will have received at least two references and be in receipt of a Disclosure and Barring Service check satisfactory to our high standards. We will have checked their identity and eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.

We maintain a register of qualified live-in care workers in sufficient numbers and diversities to enable individual requirements to be met. We work hard to consider your needs and those of our care workers to ensure a compatible match.

Versacare Live-in care standards are high, as proven in our Care Quality Commission Report.

Live-in care and support will always be delivered respectfully and empathetically, ensuring dignity and privacy at all times.
